A novel method for determining the non-CDS region by using error-correcting codes

Our main motivation question is "Is there any relation between the non-coding region and useless error-
 correcting codes?". Then we focused CDS non-CDS areas instead of exon intron, because involves
 in process synthesis a protein involved by exons. We get data genes from NCBI [21].
 In this study, introduce method Fi-noncds that used for determining using
 error-correcting codes. obtained error-correction codes can't correct named zero code, placed areas, densely. This result shows regions (non-coding areas
 DNA) match (useless code). Frame lengths 7,8,9 10,11,12,13
 14 were tested method. Optimal selected (TRAV1-1, TRAV1-2, TRAV2, TRAV7,
 WRKY33, HY5, GR-RBP2) frame length 8, n = 7, k 2, dnaNo 1. Moreover, optimal results the
 algorithm matched best sequence 8 as [1].
